Financial Controller

Job Description : FC DRC 15+ years experience Must be CA Must have experience of Manufacturing . Must have Africa Experience. About Company: 1. Should have knowledge of TALLY and can develop the systems related to purchase, sales, stock and production and other software’s . 2. Should have worked in a manufacturing company, preferably in Africa 3. Can prepare monthly accounts and MIS reports, timely submission of Daily , weekly and monthly reports , checking regular reports. 4. Can do and check Bank reconciliation, Debtors and creditors reconciliation 5. Import entries and Import product costing 6. Checking of Purchase/sales/ bank/cash vouchers and Importation supporting documents . 7. Can handle local tax returns and related tax issues 8. Dealing with suppliers and major clients 9. Month end physical stock taking and reconciliation with stock entries in Tally 10. Person having Knowledge of French will be an added advantage 11. Minimum 10 years’ working experience in a Manufacturing company 12. Earlier experience in Africa will be an added advantage 13. Qualification: Must be CA. 14. Excel knowledge required of Pivot table, V Lookup &, In depth Knowledge of Excel is required 15. HR knowledge required to check Expat local salary, Local workers salary. 16. Knowledge to have until finalization of the company books. 17. Handling our group company accounts. 18. Checking all entries . 19. Approving relates to all payments and etc. 20. Having experience in handling team size 10 expats. 21.Cash flow, funds flow knowledge required. 22. Product costing knowledge required. 23. Treasury cash verification and checking cash reports and approving the same. 23. Preparing the current position of the company. 24. Any other works assigned by management time to time.
