Finance Head

Job Description : FINANCE HEAD MALAYSIA As the senior management team, you will aid the company in maintaining positive revenue and financial growth, formulating sound financial strategies, implementing proper control and achieving organisational targets. Prepare financial reports, provide data-driven analyses and recommendations related to financial goals of the company Perform risk management by analysing the organisation liabilities and investments Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, P&L and cash flow statements Ensure high accuracy in financial forecasting based on company's past performance, internal and external factors that may affect revenue and expenses to create profit projections Plan, execute and oversee upgrades to financial systems, process or technologies Manage or oversee independent auditor Advise on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risk Ensure compliance with the law and company policies To succeed in the Head of Finance job, you must have prior FMCG experience and a strategic mindset to grow the company to next level. Degree in accounting or equivalent Proven experience in finance management and relevant auditing experience Good communication skills, strong leadership qualities and analytical skills Regional experience is an advantage
