Job Description : COO VIETNAM Work Ex 18-25 yrs Company Has two plants in Vietnam producing Dyed Yarns, Elastomeric Yarn & Sewing thread Bachelor & degree in business management will be an advantage Reports to CEO & Board of Directors Any National is okay Client will sponsor for Visa Base + Bonus + Accommodation + Car with Driver MUST HAVE: Experience of 15+ yrs in Textile industry Should be able to Read P&L statement & Balance sheet & other financial statements Good understanding of SCM & exposure to Asian markets in areas of yarn, fabric, thread What we expect: Responsible for management, performance, development and continuous improvement of the manufacturing unit and supply chain infrastructure to ensure availability of product as per market requirement and customer satisfaction. · Collaborate with business in order to analyze actual and future needs · Define and monitor efficiency, effectiveness and success of the operations activities using adequate controlling tools · Design and implement initiatives for improving quality and reliability. · Cost Management- Ensure effective cost Management to minimize variable cost and fixed cost, under the situation and maintain financial discipline. Plan for benchmark improvements · Management- Direct / guide & ensure effective management of people to ensure enhancement of leadership skills & development of motivated and performance- oriented workforce. · Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Management. Ensure effective implementation & management of environment, health and safety measures in compliance with Govt. policies & legislation to achieve zero accidents and pollution free environment. Audit and Legal Compliance- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements related to all aspects of plant activities
