Job Description : Plant Head (VP/AVP) for one of manufacturing Die Casting components for the major Automobile OEMs all over the world. The Plant is located in Maharastra and the Turnover of the same is more than INR 300 Crore PA. Responsible for the P&L of the location, the candidate must demonstrate excellent leadership skills and technical expertise to ensure an exponential growth. Must a Graduate Engineer with 20/25 years of experience in Die Casting Industry. Compensation is between 50 LPA to 60 LPA depending upon the current CTC.
