Job Description : MD NIGERIA The profile will be responsible for the company's business development strategy, formulation of annual policies and objectives of the factories under its jurisdiction, the preparation and implementation of annual and monthly plans. · Organizing and implementing the production and operation management (production, equipment, logistics, technology, quality, delivery time, cost, safety, etc.) of the factories under its jurisdiction. · Product technology innovation and promote lean management. · Coordinating production, supply, and sales with sales, purchasing, finance, and other departments. · Management system and system construction of the factories under its jurisdiction. · Production performance assessment and talent reserve of the core team of the factory under its jurisdiction. · Bachelor degree or above in marketing/production/management related majors; · More than 20 years of production and sales management experience in large and medium-sized of which minimum of 8 years in FMCG enterprises; · Have successful experience in lean production management and production site management; · Possess modern enterprise management knowledge and rich management experience; · Have a strong work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility, willing to take on high-intensity work pressure, and have strong work toughness.
