15 yearsJob Description : RECYCLING PLANT MANAGER CENTRAL AFRICA New project to be based at Central Africa Candidate Requirements: Education Qualification: Diploma/ Degree in any engineering. Experience: Candidate should have 15+ years of experience in running the Recycle Plant for PET Bottles. Roles and Responsibilities: · Candidate must have experience in running the Recycle Plant for PET Bottles. · Candidate must have responsible for overall plant operation like production, maintenance and quality operations. · Candidate is responsible for producing quality products with minimal scrap and downtime. · Candidate have ability to effectively and efficiently start up and shutdown the process & equipment in a safe manner. · Candidate must have to operate and continuously monitor the recycling machine, adjusting the machine only when necessary to ensure customer requirements are sustained. · Candidate is responsible for troubleshoot quality and processing problems and make corrections accordingly. · Candidate have to complete production reports and all paperwork as assigned. · Candidate have to observe all safety rules/regulations and perform duties in a safe and efficient manner. · Candidate have to carry out duties and responsibilities in a positive way and in the spirit of cooperation and support of others. · To fully meet the duties and responsibilities of the position. · Candidate have to handle plant independently. · Candidate having good knowledge of blow molding process and their machines like Jagmohan, Ranasons, etc Desired Candidate Profile · Strong verbal, listening and written communications skills. · Must be able to multitask effectively, handle demanding schedules and effectively deal with co-workers. · To treat people fairly, equally and with respect. · To communicate the right information, to the appropriate people, in an effective and timely manner. · Keeps assigned work area clean, neat, organized and free from safety hazards. · All other duties as assigned.
