Plant Operations Manager

Job Description : PLANT OPERATION MANAGER BRAZIL strong background in Packaging industry as Plant Operation Manager. The company is multinational firm which will locate in Sorocaba region. Tasks: • Manage the operational areas of the factory (Production, Maintenance, PCP and Internal Logistics), constituting and developing the team. • Apply global corporate policies and practices for Integrated Occupational Safety Management (ISO45001, PPRA/PCMSO), Food Safety (FSSC22000, GMP and HACCP), Quality (ISO9001) and Productivity (Lean) Requirements: Degree in Engineering or similar (mandatory). Technical domain of plastic transformation processes (injection, extrusion, blowing and thermo-forming) regarding the production and maintenance of industrial assets (transformation machines and peripheral equipment). Experience in leading a plastics industrial plant (mandatory). Experience in plant/line start-up (desirable). Knowledge of Integrated Occupational Safety Management methods (ISO45001, PPRA/PCMSO), Food Safety (FSSC22000, GMP and HACCP), Quality (ISO9001) and Productivity (Lean).
