Job Description : PLANT MANAGER BELGIUM FOR INJECTION MOLDING one the leading companies in plastics and chemicals based in east of Antwerp. For their future development plans, we are looking for a Plant Manager- Injection Moulding. The successful candidate for Plant Manager- Injection Moulding will have the following responsibilities: Defining the right strategy in line with the company objectives. Redefining the roles of the line managers by making the efficiency analysis. Restructuring the current team to define the employee growth objectives. Focusing on continuous improvement projects to upgrade the capacity of production and revenue. Investing in capital equipment, building capacity increase and strategically define the right action plans. The ideal Plant Manager- Injection Moulding for this company holds a degree Engineering, with at least 10 years of experience in Plant Management, preferably in the chemical processing industry.
