Job Description : GM VIETNAM One of the biggest MNC companies is looking for a General Manager (Confidential) role in HCMC. In this job, you will be fully responsible for your P&L to achieve the target. In this role you will be responsible for promoting the business unit in Vietnam. You will also take a lead providing direction to all sales-related activities to your sales team. Responsible for developing the business activities of the company based on targets that will be established by the Management Manage of all aspects of the operations of the company inclusive of sales, services, finance, HR, Admin and IT Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the company Capable to provide strategic advice to BOD team so that he/she will have accurate view of the market and the company’s future Responsible for comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with senior manager, well-manage subordinates within internal matrix. At least 10-12 years experiences with proven track record within Machinery industry at management level Extended network within the industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-driven, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented Good team management skill
