10 yearsJob Description : PLANT MANAGER THAILAND An excellent Plant Manager (x1 vacancy) job upcountry has just arisen at one of the one of innovative leading company in renewable industry. Your main responsibility is to manage all plant and production activities and to support a large, complex business unit with a dynamic working environment. In this business critical role, you will be responsible for production planning to support orders from client from overseas with minimal defects and waste. You will also be the leader for both preventive and corrective maintenance with corrective actions for repetitive failure. The incumbent is also expected to provide inputs enabling future digitisation of processes. The remuneration package is competitive with performance bonus, provident fund and medical insurance provided. Lead production strategy with internal and external stakeholders to comply with company commercial target. Acting as the primary contact for plant operations organisation Responsible for production process management and quality assurance of products to match with industry standard resulting competitiveness of company Planning, analyse and manage budget and spending capital also increase production yield Develop production process included machine in production line to increase efficiency Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance are best in class, able to suggest preventive action to prevent repetitive issues Analysis all production data to improve production and process efficiency and effectiveness through problem solving – focus Improvement Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial or chemicals engineering or related field At least ten years’ experience in managing manufacturing with plastics extrusion production line, possesses exposure to lean manufacturing implementation Expertise in English or Chinese communication Strong Management and communication skills Strong leadership skill with ability to manage different level of employees
