Process Director

Job Description : PROCESS DIRECTOR THAILAND FOR CHEMICALS A world leading speciality chemical supplier is seeking a Process Director (x 1 vacancy) for their plant based in Rayong, Thailand, to drive overall performance of production and being responsible for facilitating with multidisciplinary project team. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned Process Manager reporting to Senior Manufacturing Director to play a vital role to improve, develop & ensure the quality and safety for the plant and support technical and on capital project. The salary is up too 200k THB with provident fund and health insurance. Conduct the training / knowledge exchange session with operations team on the new process Identify, investigate and troubleshoot technical and functional issues with the assets and process equipment to stabilise performance of production Diagnose origin of breakdowns, including human error, and troubleshoot problems Ensure that all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently meets company and customer standards for quality and safety Prepare for relevant aspects of commissioning and start up phases of the new plant Support both internal and external engineering organisation to review and evaluate documents e.g. P&ID, PFD, system design and etc Assist engineering and process safety standard to ensure safety performance of the plant Lead process safety management related key activities Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field Solid chemical knowledge or chemical related working experience is a real plus At least 20 years’ experience working in chemical or petrochemical industries Troubleshooting process operations and supports required Experience working in multinational organisations with Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent command in English and Thai due to the nature of business
