10 yearsJob Description : MARKETING DIRECTOR THAILAND An exciting Marketing Director (x1 vacancy) has arisen in a leading FMCG in Bangkok. As the Marketing Director you will develop of annual brand plans & budget control P&L to achieve targets. In this role, you will direct team members to develop business and marketing strategies & plans for assigned brands, including product strategies, pricing strategies, sales plans, and implementation strategies to achieve business objectives. Lead team to develop brand/ product communication campaign (online/ offline/ on-air/ on- ground) to drive increased brand awareness and purchase intention and support marketing and sales objectives Lead team to develop content and communication materials (Point of sales materials, catalogue, Signage, premium) by working with the internal designer team as well as the appointed advertising agency Work closely with a team member, promote strong teamwork within a unit, cross-functional teamwork to drive business growth, and process efficiency Responsible for the achievement of the brand group sales, P&L targets and market share objectives through effective planning, execution, and control of approved A&P funds for the assigned brands Initiates, plans, and carries out research for new product/upgrade and recommend brand strategies and marketing programs to build brand equity and market shares cover both above the line & below the line marketing, promotion and activities Plan and execute offline and online marketing strategy Trains and supervises all marketing subordinates Monitor competitive activities and recommends offensive/defensive action plans To Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or any related field More than 10 years of marketing experience in growing brand/business, preferably in the Beauty and/or FMCG industry especially with cross-functional work experience Strong understanding of digital marketing and data strategies Inspiring leader, experienced managing and building team Highly analytical & numbers driven high data and analytics capability Strong passion in brand management and development metrics driven with a deep understanding for branding Product marketing expertise and the ability to contribute in strategic, operational and tactical levels Has excellent organisation and people skills and the ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task and work well independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace Creativity and innovation, ability to think out of the box and conceptualise creative campaigns that can drive positive brand awareness. Experience in managing P&L responsibility in a fast-paced environment
