Job Description : Technical Manager KENYA Company Profile - Flexible Packaging Manufacturing Company Package details :- Salary + Car + Family Accommodation + Insurance + VISA & Air Ticket Job Description · Ability to read, write and speak fluent English and detailed knowledge of computers · Administrative background to train and lead people working under him · Must hold a Bachelor of science degree, Diploma from Central Institution of Plastic Engineering and Technology of India in the field of flexible packaging or related institutions · Must have knowledge and worked on Multilayer Blown Film Extruders, Recipes and Processes · Must have ability to create Plastic Film to run smoothly on FFS Machines at customer end · Must be able to solve and find grassroot problem on rejected films · Added advantage if he has knowledge of CI Flexo Printing Press, Gravure Printing press, Lamination, Bag making and Pouch Making and any Mechanical or Electronic experience · Candidate should have worked on various European, Indian and Taiwan Machines · Family status will be provided · Should be a team player and be ready to work under pressure to fulfill customers set datelines · Be able to plan daily production and provide reports to the management on daily basis · Able to do research and development of new products to keep the company one step ahead of competitors · Experience of not less than 15 years in the same field of flexible packaging
