Job Description : GM OPERATIONS KSA Create and implement operational strategies to drive productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction of all stores. 2.Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CBO, CD & CEO. 3.Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning. 4.Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met. 5.Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention. 6.Directly oversee Sales & Business Development, Warehouse / DC operations, HR, Marketing, Purchase, Merchandising and Production. Desired Candidate Profile Qualification:-Degree/MBA Experience :- 15 Years Must have 10 years of FMCG or retail experience in gcc Perks and Benefits Salary :- 10000 SAR - 15000 SAR + Family Accommodation + Car
