Job Description : Finance Manager- Planning and Budgeting (CA/CPA/ ACCA/MBA) AED 28,000 - 30,000 per month plus Family benefits (Kids Education, Tickets and medicals + Annual Bonus Dubai, UAE Responsibilities - Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management. - To ensure that any major variances in financial performance for specific departments have been satisfactorily explained and appropriate remedial action is taken. - Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials - To monitor and ensure optimum performance. - To drive and lead initiatives to enhance process capability and internal controls. - Analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models for decision support. - To deliver the quarterly forecasting activities for the company to ensure forecasts adequately reflect changes in activity levels or business assumptions. Where major revisions have been made, review the appropriateness of proposed remedial action. - To identify opportunities for cost reduction and business improvement, financial risk related to business activities within the specific businesses - To support other initiatives as required by the Finance Management to improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes. Requirements - A minimum of 8' years of post- qualification experience - Bachelor's degree with a professional qualification. - Strong exp required in financial modelling and MIS reporting - Hands on experience in Oracle BI (preferred)
