Supply Chain Finance Manager

Job Description : SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCE MANAGER MALAYSIA You will act as the finance business partner on providing financial planing and analysis support to the supply chain and procurement department. Prepare monthly and other regular management reporting and analysis related to end-to-end supply chain cost and procurement spending through a set of meaningful, standard, accurate and on-time financial KPIs reporting, updating monthly financial risks and opportunities and support ad hoc reporting request from stakeholders Lead and support entire annual planning and budgeting (financial target setting) for the supply chain and procurement by identifying reasonable business opportunities, inflations and macroeconomic market trends, as well as specific productivity cost-saving initiatives and tracking its realisation Prepare, calculate and support the supply chain and procurement cost components required as part of a capital expenditure initiative/business case Support controls-related processes and ensure alignment with global and regional policies and operations governance rules. Maintain fully compliance to internal control framework Participate in project-based or regular meeting and actively involved in globally driven standardisation projects or business process streamline University degree, preferably in business administration, controlling or finance. MBA/MSc is preferred Minimum of 12+ years of work experience in manufacturing/supply chain/procurement controlling, preferably in FMCG manufacturing Team player, hands-on, proactive, influential communication skills, independent/self-starter, eager to learn and further develop, act with a sense of urgency Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
