Job Description : PLANT DIRECTOR KUDUS INDONESIA A very attractive Plant Director (Kudus) job has just opened up at a rapidly expanding tobacco company in Kudus. In this job, you will lead a team and be responsible for all plant operations on their setup. This is a great opportunity for the Plant Director (Kudus) to establish and develop factory operations systems and processes. Your main responsibilities will be to establish a proper SOP, system and people development. Plan, organise, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while optimising cost and maintain quality standards Develop systems and processes that track and optimise productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets Ensure that manpower, materials and plant are available as needed to meet the requirements of production and sale Ensure that all financial targets of the factory particularly product manufactured unit costs and maintenance expenditure are achieved To succeed in this Plant Director (Kudus) role, you will need to be energetic and entrepreneurial with a growth mindset. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering at a reputable university Minimum of 15 years of work experience in a related field and eight years in a managerial position Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills Exposure in the manufacturing industry is preferred
