Head of Business Finance

Job Description : HEAD OF BUSINESS FINANCE MANUFACTURING MUMBAI INDIA CTC UPTO 80 LPA you will report to the CFO. Your key responsibilities would be: 1. Develop Medium to Long Term financial and strategic plans working closely with Cross-functional Senior Leadership and Leadership Team 2. Build annual budgets and profit & loss forecasts 3. Create various scenarios and financial models for long term growth, assess the risks and opportunities impacting Strategic Plan and propose an optimal cash allocation plan 4. Compare and evaluate previous budgets and forecasts, perform variance analysis to explain differences in performance and suggest improvements 5. Collaborate on the key tactical and organisational areas of budgeting and control, capital investments and resource management 6. Develop systems to continually improve the standards and benchmarks in Budgeting, Financial Projections and Operating Forecast 7. Partner with various stakeholders- Business, Projects, Operations, HR, Finance and other functions to evaluate and develop new standard reports to review business performance 8. Present detailed financial and operational analysis measuring financial and non-financial indicators, identify reasons behind company performance on monthly and quarterly basis CA or MBA + Cost Accountant with 15+ years of experience in core business finance and partnering across manufacturing industries.
