Job Description : PROJECT MANAGER for One of the biggest Apparel manufacturer with state of the art in-house manufacturing facilities @ Indonesia and catering to some of the most popular UK & USA brands. • Job location = Indonesia. • Sal budget = USD 52,000 to 65,000 PA / negotiable TAX FREE + free accommodation, tickets, Visa, etc. • Exp = 14 to 18 yrs. • Nationality = Indian / Sri Lankan • Education = Civil Engineering • Expertise in Should be capable of single headedly taking responsibility to execute the building of a new factory ( project value approx $5 million ). Should have detailed *knowledge of Civil engineering, Value Engineering and Project Management* abilities. In addition to *working with the Architects, Structural consultants and specialists* in other areas, he should be aware of the latest developments in the areas of *Ventilation, fire safety, Utilities (boilers/ steam piping/ compressed air/ etc), Electrical, Effluent treatment plants, roads*, etc. He will need to *work with the consultants to finalize drawings, float tenders and supervise the project till handover* .
