Job Description : Modern Plastic Industry LLC, Dubai currently looking a Shift Engineer for PVC Pipe & Compounding Production Modern Plastic Industry LLC, JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for Shift Production ( PVC Pipe & Compounding , Reporting to – Production Manager Competency Requirements: To Manage, the Shift Production with Authority assigned efficiently, Works under Direction, Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills, team oriented skills, Self-motivated and direct with bias of timely Problem solving. Working with ability of self and Pert of a team, Strong Oral, written and communications skills, Good understanding of KPI and Economic Indicators to run Production effectively Education Requirements: Degree / Diploma holder, preferably in Plastics Experience Requirements: Minimum 10 years intensive work experience in the plastics industry in the supervisory or Engineer capacity. Knowledge of the plastics extrusion process is an advantage. Language Skills: Speak, Read & Write – English / Hindi Computer Literacy: Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Oracle Skills: Oversee the activities and performance of the pipe Production Coordinate with Production Team for Trail Productions, Housekeeping, Safety Practice Adherence Provide Training, Skill matrix for Production Cell Leaders Key Result Areas / Principle Accountabilities 1)Achieve Production target with Efficiency, 2) Control Over Rejections by Monitor the Process Control, 3) Effective Production management to meet Delivery Schedules, 4) Optimization of Machine , Materials and Manpower .
