After Sales Manager

Job Description : AFTERSALES MANAGER UAE One of the leading companies in the Automotive sector, is looking for an Aftersales Manager in the UAE. The incumbent would be responsible for handling parts and accessories across multiple countries, ensuring both topline and bottom-line targets are met for after-sales. Succinctly, the key responsibilities would revolve around: · Contribute to the objective's definition, and by validating risks & opportunities · Animate supplier's quality & commercial action plans · Deploy Quality & Aftersales projects and capture bottom-up expectations and needs from suppliers to corporate · Sharing best practices between countries and ensuring suppliers comply with the corporate policy regarding storage of parts and logistics. · Implement an after-sales strategy. And manage suppliers to reach parts, accessories and services targets in terms of both turnover and contribution. · Implement marketing parts, accessories & service campaigns · Ensure visual brand identity standards are applied, including in the network · Implement (and ensure the correct execution) of all essential aspects of commercial services in after-sales prior to the marketing of a new vehicle · Propose actions and implements a veritable policy for incentives, especially financial, among suppliers with a view to helping them progress · You would hold a bachelor's degree · There will be no time to learn the ropes; hence 15+ years of experience in aftersales with a hands-on experience in parts and accessory sales is a must. · You should be fluent in English & French · This role would require dealing with 10+ countries. Hence you would be solid in stakeholder management and coordination and possess excellent excel skills. · You will come with an entrepreneurial mindset and a positive outlook.
