Retail Sales Manager

Job Description : RETAIL SALES MANAGER DRC 8+ years experience As a Retail Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Sales strategy in order to increase our presence, sales and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with marketing department. Roles and Responsibilities: · Responsible for Primary sales · Develop business by planning, directing & implementing new sales strategies · Efficiently manage the business in the given location and achieving the sales objectives · Setting target to the team and monitoring them periodically to ensure they achieve given targets · Driving the business development activities of the location · Analyzing the sales trend and taking corrective steps and necessary action for the business improvement · Appointing right people and training the field staff · Plan and prepare the sales forecast and sale budget and ensure it don’t exceed the limit allocated · Developing good relation between customers, whole sellers & other department in the company · Developing timely feedback and management information reports · Ensuring smooth work process, ensure every one follow code of conduct as per the company policy Requirements and qualifications · Minimum years of experience as Retail Sales Manager · Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively · Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills · Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns · Planning, organization and problem-solving skills · Advanced time management skills · Excellent multitasking skills · Great leadership skills · Team player · Degree in Marketing or relevant field (Mandatory) Perks: Bachelor accommodation, food, Transportation, Visa, and ticket will be provided by the company.
