Job Description : SALES HEAD ANGOLA FOR FERTILIZER Key activities include: 1. Custodian of all Finished goods (In plant, Transit, at Market, on Product recall, etc.). 2. Responsible for Sales, Supply Logistics, maintaining delivery orders to Match the production of the Plant. 3. Preparing the delivery orders, registering and matching the demands from Market demands. 4. Maintaining the conditions of Logistics of Supply, so that the goods are delivered without diluting the quality. 5. The most eligible candidate should be able to Fetch the market demand, and meet the market demanding by supplying the desired goods to the clients. In-depth understanding of agricultural trend of crops is the desired quality in the candidate. 6. Should be able to complete a regular Market survey vide his Team, of the entire viable area of Supply. 7. Maintaining all advertisements, placards, mobile advertisement boards, hoardings etc. 8. All Delivery Orders, product specs, product movement control and filing, quality management, all survey reports, Budget, Cost control function, cost cutting measures in Logistics, 9. All product formulations and specifications, good knowledge of mixture of fertilizer ingredients, should be able to understand formulations of fertilizers. 10. Should have the basic understanding of Soil and agricultural laboratory related reports. 11. Should be a Leader in terms of Market Survey, deriving marketing strategies, Pricing of Products, Pricing Trends, Product distribution trends, Finding and deciding viable distribution Areas etc. 12. The position functions should be extended to heading the Sales & Marketing Policy, Direct Sales, establishing Distribution Process etc. 13. Should be able to make, interview, appoint, train, guide and Motivate his team. The most eligible candidate should be able to advice the most viable pricing policy and cost cutting measures. The person should be able to make an impact on the healthy competition of the similar product supplier in the markets. 14. Should be able to visit the market on regular basis, this is 85% touring Job. 15. Should be understanding Market samples of Fertilizers. Should positively have a convincing personality.
