Job Description : DIRECTOR FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING AND TAX UAE A well-renowned conglomerate in the consumer goods sector is looking to hire a seasoned finance professional at a leadership level. You will play a pivotal role in accounting, consolidation and tax. Develop, and deploy financial systems. Engage teams and wider organizations for enhanced processes and procedures. review, optimize and implement consistency and better controls. Oversee other countries and establish regulatory and tax compliance for new geographies. Strategically manage the direct and indirect taxes, review and monitor tax compliance, and ensure tax-efficient cash management, including investment. Oversee statutory IFRS. Manage external auditors and high-value insurance items. : 15+ years of relevant experience with a minimum of 5+years in the consumer goods /retail business. Qualification - ACA/ACCA/CIMA or CPA with experience in mainstream finance. You should be holding a multi-geography role currently. Strong experience in analytics and technical skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to present to senior leadership teams.
