Job Description : PROJECT MANAGER CAPEX BRUSSELS A leader company in the Pharmaceutical industry, based in Brussels area, is looking for a Project Manager- Capex to support the Engineering team. As Project Manager- Capex, some of your responsibilities will include: Managing a team of internal and external engineers (training & coaching, coordination, measuring performance, selection) Dealing with structural and mechanical engineering, design teams and all facilities and infrastructure teams with their both operational and strategic decision making Leading strategic projects (Engineering, Infrastructure, Facility, Capex- revamping- greenfield and expansions) Working transversally with other departments in order to identify the needs and transform them from an engineering perspective Collaborating with the Engineering department concerning projects and special assignments (e.g. investments)
