Refractory In Charge

Job Description : REFRACTORY IN CHARGE UAE for a leading Korean Engineering & Construction Company involved in Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Projects in UAE. -B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 to 15 years experience in Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Projects. -Gulf experience in EPC / Korean Companies preferred. -Shall be responsible for the quality of work done in the field of refractory. -Coordinates with the Refractory Subcontractors to prioritize all the COMPANY requirements. -Survey at site and prepare execution plans for refractory. -Ensure availability of all materials required as per scope of work. -Shall coordinate with COMPANY QA/QC people and draft a clear matrix for the identification and progress reporting of Refractory that are expected to be removed and changed -Ensure frequent communication with Planning Department and Inspection section. -Ensures adequate refractory material is mobilized for refractory repair works. -Quantifies all refractory repair works and submits the same to Planning Department before work execution. -Helps the IWL supervisor to quantify all refractory works. -Ensure that all the Civil works follows recommended Safety practices. -Ensure Good Housekeeping at site every shift. -Handover his jobs to the night shift in-charge with key instruction.
