Regional Finance Manager

Job Description : REGIONAL FINANCE MANAGER ANZ Reporting to an impressive CFO based in Europe, this role will drive the strategic planning, finance & business controlling and performance improvement for the Aus/NZ business. You will be responsible for the financial management and operational reporting, optimization or working capital and cash management and risk governance. You will also demonstrate the leadership capability to lead and develop a highly effective team. You will be known for being a team player who is approachable and collaborative and who builds trusted relationships throughout a business. As well as demonstrating fiscal responsibility and accountability for results, success in this role requires high levels of energy and drive. You will also be familiar with ERP systems and have a proven continuous improvement mindset and will relish intellectually challenging environments requiring the ability to process complex information. To be considered for this position you must be a fully qualified accountant (CA, CPA), who ideally trained within a large professional services firm in the early part of their career and have since spent several years in industry/commercial in leadership roles. You must have a broad skill set, someone who is a technically strong accountant as well as being able to offer commercial and strategic input to the business. Because this role is part of the senior management team, you will be able to demonstrate your leadership qualities and be a confident communicator with the ability to influence and partner with key stakeholders across the whole business. Experience in the Agri/FMCG industry is desirable. You must be a strong people leader and an effective communicator to get the best out of your team and to become a trusted advisor to the business and external stakeholders.
