Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER DUBAI 10+ years experience 1. Treasury Operations: · Assessing the financial risks (considering the relevant economic risks) and coming up with possible hedging solutions for several currencies, interest rates, and commodities. · Setting up treasury limits with all the banks. · Responsible for negotiating the most competitive rate for the trade under execution. 1. Capital Restructuring: · Monitoring the new developments in International taxation and updating the concerned accordingly on a timely basis with the impact and possible solutions · Participating and planning for Nigeria Group Restructuring including domiciling the holding companies in the most tax-efficient and reputed jurisdiction. · European Business Restructuring includes the unwinding of Cyprus Holding companies and hosting them in different European jurisdictions. 1. Take care of finance and reporting matters in Geographies: · Assess working capital requirements along with Unit CFOs / FCs and develop enough banking limits at all the locations · Work closely with Unit CFOs in conducting feasibility studies as well as arranging Long Term Financing for any greenfield/brownfield project · Develop cordial relationships with banks · Participate in any M&A Activities of the group, end to end · Work closely with Unit CFOs / FCs in Reporting and Commercial Analysis for respective businesses · Involve in Tax Planning initiatives as and when necessary Desired Candidate Profile - CA / MBA with post qualification - Should be proactive and used to work independently. - International exposure is necessary - Should possess excellent communication skills as well as a team player as the position is likely to deal with colleagues and banks from various geographies with a different skillset - Should be good at Financial Modelling & PPTs
