Chief Engineeer

Job Description : CHIEF ENGINEER NIGERIA Textile Industry based in West Africa. Largest home textiles company with world-class mfg. facilities from dyeing spinning, weaving, and finishing. Education Qualification: B.E./B. Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineer Experience: Candidate should have 15+ years of experience in reputed textile mills. Job Description: · Ability to maintain consistent supply of Power, Compressed Air and ambient conditions as per operations requirements. · Ability to maintain the Gas Generators, Compressor, Chillers, Air handling systems, LT/HT & Transformers in good shape all the time. · Ability to liaise with all related Govt. and other Agencies for smooth functioning of the department. · Ability to handle and maintain Effluent Treatment Plant. · To have competence in Planning & Projecting Annual Budget of the department. · Ability to drive Energy Conservation in the Organization with close co-operation with Operations Team. · Ability to drive and work in ISO Systems in the department. · Should have exposure to TQM Systems like 5 S & QC and regular Performance Measure Systems. · Exposure to handle & maintain Mechanical Workshop, Logistics Equipment like Fork-lifts, Tractors and Lorries will be added advantage. · Exposure to all Engg. /Utility equipment, energy conservation, ETP management, power generation and distribution, maintenance management, plant /Machines erection & commissioning etc. · Experience in a Spinning or Composite Mills / Plant is highly essential. Exp. Of Power generation through Gas / Steam turbine, Trane Chillers, LUWA Air Handling System & Boilers is highly desirable. · Candidate must have detailed knowledge and implementation of Spinning Mills Plant & Machinery working & Maintenance practices. Desired Candidate Profile · Strong verbal, listening, and written communications skills. · To treat people fairly, equally, and with respect. · To communicate the right information, to the appropriate people, in an effective and timely manner. · Keeps assigned work area clean, neat, organized, and free from safety hazards. · All other duties as assigned.
