Job Description : FINANCE HEAD NIGERIA FOR STEEL MANUFACTURING 15+ years experience Roles and Responsibilities · Reporting to the promoters you will be responsible for Nigeria operations of the group Companies in Steel andPaper · Prepare monthly financial forecasts for the business · Monthly reports include analysis of the key drivers of business and financial performance against budget and forecast, with appropriate insights as to cause and effect. · Makes sound recommendations for corrective actions where applicable · Provide management with timely reviews of business and financial performance, · Responsible for operating unit financial closing process, preparation and maintenance of statutory accounts, and accounting · Support compliance and applicable financial reporting standards. · Accountable for the annual audits of each operating unit including coordination with local independent auditors and Corporate staff. · cash management, tax filings and insurance activities. · Maintain contact and coordinates with local banks, tax authorities, legal counsel, insurance brokers/agents and public accountants working with Corporate Financial Services, Treasury and Legal.
