Job Description : HEAD HR NIGERIA FOR STEEL MANUFACTURING Work closely with the management on Human Resource services, policies, and programs for the organization . Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Coordinate & enable quality hiring (collaborate with functional heads on manpower planning/needs) Coordinate recruitment across the company through retained recruitment Vendor-The Search House. Manage employee relations, negotiation, settlements etc. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Manage the recruitment and selection process at corporate office, R&D centers, Plants. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs Prepare the monthly MIS & share the reports with the management Head HR MBA/PGDM 15-17 2.5 lacs
