Job Description : COO - Business Head GHANA for Smart Cards Organisation – International relocation $100,000 – $120,000 base plus bonus, excellent benefits and relocation support. Our client is a leading smart cards manufacturing business based in Africa. They hold multiple certifications and own a manufacturing facility with a production capacity of over 200 million cards and secure documents a year. The company has access to advanced technologies and, skilled professionals and global industry expertise enabling them to provide unparalleled products, services and solutions to accommodate clients and projects within varying sectors across the globe. This is an incredibly exciting time for the business as they embark on a mission to expand their international reach and are searching for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead this transformation. As the business unit head you will be responsible for achieving all set goals with regards to strategic, sales, technical and production management of the business unit aligned to its vision and mission. In addition, you will be a key member of the Executive Management Team contributing to the areas of conceptualisation, design, build and implementation of the banking ecosystem and digital markets. Your profile: · Strong exposure to the smart card manufacturing industries and extensive knowledge in the ID industry preferably at an international level · Operated at a senior management level for at least 5 years and an industry player for several years · Educated to Degree and Masters level or equivalent · Enthusiastic, ability to maintain integrity and a high sense of confidentiality · Strong leadership skill and detail and performance oriented · Fluency in English and additional languages including French, Spanish and Portuguese are desirable
