Chief Executive Officer

Job Description : CEO UAE in renewable energy and mainly in Solar Power sector. Functional Tasks · Work with the Vice Chairman and Board of Directors and with members of the senior management team to continually refine, implement and monitor the strategic plan in Renewable Energy Business. · Develop and implement Business Plans in line with the strategic plan and guidelines set by the Vice Chairman and the BoD. · Ensure the timely implementation and execution of the strategic and operational plans with a focus on successfully achieving double digit-bottom line results, the financial and social mandates of the organization. · Maintain, nurture, and create senior level relationships with existing and potential customers, strategic partners, and suppliers. · Provide ongoing direction, performance management and developmental support to the executive team. · Continue to build world-class capabilities. · Focus the team to accelerate and drive the growth in revenues, new market development, sector leadership and profitability. · Lead the expansion and sustainable growth of the company business achieving brand recognition into new markets. · Engage with strategic stakeholders in existing and new markets. · Champion the company’s interests by working closely with government regulators, consultants and key industry stakeholders. · Ensure Execution Excellence and delivery of projects with highest quality and profitability through delegation of responsibilities and efficient structure for decision making and action taking processes Industry & Market Awareness Up-to-date knowledge about industries and Middle East market, seeks to anticipate and respond to industry and market changes/challenges by understanding key characteristics, issues and the factors driving them. Aware of competitor’s products, services and position. Qualifications & Experience · Successful achievements of the identified responsibilities and performance deliverables. · An effective visionary, strategic leader with a strong customer focus · Proven success in leading and scaling early-stage ($100M – $500M) businesses. · Proven business acumen including strategic planning, business development, and corporate finance. Success in extending brands into new or adjacent markets. · Experience in developing strategic alliance · A minimum of 20 years experience is required for the successful candidate, of which minimum of 7 years in the same role with reputable companies · Education: Masters in Engineering discipline; business administration is an important addition. · Certifications: Relevant certifications are of great value such as PMP
