Job Description : SECURITY MANAGER MOZAMBIQUE FOR MINING COMPANY Roles and Responsibilities Main Functions/Tasks · Implementation of security standards, policies, and procedures. · Guidelines regarding different security standards, policies and procedures · Leading & Briefing to the team during patrolling regarding different tasks & identification of risk associated with respective tasks. · Seizure of the illegal mined material from Illegal miners within the company area · Primary Investigation of illegal miners regarding their whereabouts & information about their group. · Monitoring & taking care of Human Rights Policies with Illegal miners during patrolling. · Check and monitor any type of crooked relation of local manpower with illegal miners. · Implementation of standard SOP during unauthorised pits closing. · Administrative control over different RPU groups. · Immediate response to threats, emergencies & alarms, following emergency response procedures. · Safeguard company asset, employees & others within company premises from any type of threat. · Identification & suggestion to HOD (Security) regarding any type of lag in existing security procedures and policies or any other necessary changes required. · Monitoring the material movement from mine pit area to stockyard, material movement within stockyard area. · Monitor the perfect implementation of security procedure by Arkhe guards during physical checking of manpower and vehicles during material movement. · Monitoring the stockyard area for un-authorised man & vehicle movement in the stockyard area · Identification & corrective actions to any type of risk related to damaged fencing in Washplant, Stockyard & Sort-house area. · Monitor all activities & check SOP implementation in all areas · Close co-ordination with CCTV for recording of all major activities in Washplant & Sorthouse area. · Identification & investigation of any type of security breaches. · Prepare report for any types of security breaches, incidents and losses. · Reporting of all incidents, matters & compliances to HOD (Security). Experience : 15+ Years of Expereince preferable from the Ex Defence / ARMY Background. Additional Expereince upto 5 Years in any corporate company.
