Job Description : Maintenance Engineer for a Plastic Injection Molded Company VIETNAM 15+ years experience Salary USD 7K ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Responsible to reduce the Breakdown time for mechanical Breakdown. 2. Responsible for implementing counter measure for mechanical break downs. 3. Responsible for Plan and implementation of TBM for Mechanical Parts for all lines. 4. Responsible for cooling tower and Gas mixture maintenance. 5. Responsible for reduce MTTR and Improve MTBF for all lines on mechanical parts. 6. Responsible for Mechanical Spare parts management. 7. Responsible for implementing Mechanical BD Kaizens. 8. Responsible for Cost reduction on Mechanical spares. 9. Responsible for maintaining inventory on mechanical spares. 10. Responsible for maintaining 1S 2S in Gas Room & Cooling Tower 11. Responsible for Air and Gas leakage control. 12. Responsible for ensuring safety maintenance activity. 13. Mechanical Maintenance of Cooling Tower and Gas Station. 14. Maintaining 1S 2S in Gas Room & Cooling Tower Area. 15. PM checklist to be revisit.
