Job Description : Manager - OTC Location :- Kinshasha ( DRC Congo ) Salary :- 2500-3000 $/M* Required Skills :- Contribute to the preparation of OTC sales budget and drive sales results to achieve DRC sales targets Formulate and drive marketing activities to promote products and build brands in DRC Detail sales plan for OTC and ensure sales is achieved on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Develop Marketing plan, work with Media /Agencies to deliver ATL, TTL & BTL deliverables Monitor, evaluate and provide feedback and act on the performance of the commercial team to individual and team targets. To follow aggressively on competitor activities and pricing strategies and act accordingly in consultation with Business Manager and SLT. Train, coach and motivate commercial team members & outsourced commercial team to deliver results Manage B2B business which is happening through distributors with tight control on credits & discounts. Identify new & prospective B2B business partners across the western region of DRC. Develop new product ideas & extension for the Direct to customer market with in the region of operation. Move life cycle of brands from prescription to OTC on a timely basis based on Safety, efficacy & regulatory insights.
