Job Description : CEO UAE a leading Dubai based business group. They are also a leading supplier and distributor of proteins and frozen bakery products in the UAE market. Their protein portfolio includes poultry, lamb and beef from leading global suppliers in Australia, New Zealand, Brazil. France and Portugal and frozen bakery products and juices from Brazil. They are also in the process of diversifying into other food categories and expanding into other geographic markets. The role would entail -Leading and managing the entire organization and maintaining financial oversight. -Proactively identifying product categories that best penetrate the market with minimal investment. Extracting and maintaining maximum profitability from new product lines. -Introducing different concepts among retailers to enhance their competitive advantage Vs the competition and in line with the Brand vision. -Negotiating successfully for principal distribution rights across the region and Africa. This is a key role in the group entailing management of all aspects of the food business with P&L responsibility for the business. We are seeking candidates with strong and proven success in GCC markets preferably in the food sector, which excellent relationships in the modern trade channel and experience managing multiple food categories.
