Job Description : CFO / Commercial Head Job Location-Indore Education-Ca / MBA-Finance / ICWA Experience- 15+ years. Out of which at least 5 years in leadership role heading A/c, Finance, Purchase, Logistics & Other Commercial matters. Salary- Around 45 Lakh p.a. Client-Leading Mfg. Company into Agricultural Products JD- 1. Heading All finance related activity of the company · Balance sheet · Fund planning · Financial institution like bank, etc · Long term Equity and IPO planning and preparation · Coordination with Ministry for subsidy, cost data audit · Statutory compliance 2. Streamlining marketing setup · Dealer appointment system · Credit limit procedure · Focus to increase NRV · Bad debt management in Collection & PoS 3. Heading commercial and Logistics team · Taking care of All purchases in company as per commercial aspects · Bringing efficiency in Logistics department 4. Marinating the company Treasury · Strategic investment · Arrangement of Funds for Project · Short and long term investment of excess funds. 5. Taking lead in company expansion and new production unit · Expanding into new states and new product line · New plant planning, capacity target: 5 lacs MT in 3-4 years. Shall lead as Management team to achieve organization vision plan of 3 and 5 years.
