Job Description : CEO CANADA CEO – RAIL PLANT SUPPLIER: world leader in Railway industry. They are looking for a key member to join their Senior Team, to lead their Canadian operation, as CEO. They require someone who has a strong background in sales leadership and will be able to drive sales performance with the established clientele and together with the senior team, to develop further opportunities and business scope. The role reports directly into the Group Commercial Director and will oversee the day to day running of the business in Canada, with a staff reporting line of 15. The role has full responsibility for the P+L, Sales, Finance, Operations, Service & Health & Safety. Candidate: · Proven experience as CEO and/or senior sales leadership position · Proven experience and thorough knowledge of the Canadian Railway Plant Industry · You will need to be a sales biased CEO. · Personal qualities must be someone who is dynamic & driven with a diplomatic/coaching managerial style, with clear and concise communication skills. · Ability to work in an International Group in association with foreign HQ · You will need to be based in Ontario. They are looking for an experienced candidate to control and oversee all business operations in Canada and you will be the highest ranking manager in the Canadian organisation and will be responsible for the overall success of the business. The ideal candidate will be a leader able to establish vision, to set both short and long term goals and to implement the mission to achieve them while steering the company in the most profitable direction.
