Job Description : CEO MEA CEO MEA (Middle East Asia) Chief Executive Officer is Responsible for the Establishing Tea Business from Scratch in MEA Region. Overall P&L of the Company. Base: Dubai, UAE SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: · Establish Tea Business From Scratch · Spearhead Entire Business of The Company Including · Defining Business Strategy · Business Registration · Sourcing Premises and Staff · Market Intelligence · Devising Market Plan · Market Entry Strategy · Establish Warehouse Facilities Alongside Setting Up Distribution System · Launching of Brands · Direct the Business Development And Sales And Marketing Initiatives · Create Market Intelligence And Competitor Analysis · Expansion of The Product Range Through Market Research · Market Penetration · Creating Business Opportunities Through Participation In Industry Forums, Fairs And Exhibitions · Ensure That The Targets Set By The Management Are Achieved · Manage The Day to Day Operations of The Business including Forecasting, Budgeting, Strategic Planning, Team Management, SCM, Operations, GTM Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Liaison and HR. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: · 10+ Years in Managing Tea Business in MEA · Exp. In Establishing Business From Scratch · Possess Excellent Communication, Influencer, Interpersonal, Presentation, Problem Solving, Leadership, Customer Service and Liaison Skills · Languages known Arabic, Urdu, Persian, Turkish And English preferred · Strong MS Office skills especially in Excel & PowerPoint. · Leadership Qualities · Experience in Tea business is preferred.
