General Manager Sales

Job Description : GM SALES AUTO INDONESIA GM Sales (Automotive) job is now available in one of the biggest automotive companies. In this role, you will develop relevant sales schemes and strategies (for retail, corporate and fleet sales) to achieve sales/market share goals, set up optimum sales plans by model and month so as to maximise volumes and M/S in domestic markets, and establish a strategy for delivering cars to customer at right time at right cost, reviewing the performance of dealerships, and ensuring corrective implementation of action plans. Achieve sales performance and market share for each dealer in responsible area Evaluate automotive market data including market potential of Hyundai segmentation within responsible coverage area Expand the network for current and forward years based on internal and external analysis by performing step-by-step process as per company channel guidelines Dealer development progress, including dealers checklist evaluation Evaluate the quality of competencies of dealer persons and support business performance principal's dealer Evaluate competitors’ activities and propose the counter action Create attractive sales programmes for customers such as leasing packages, lucky draw and other gimmicks Monitor internal programmes for frontline team e.g. additional incentives/contest for Salesforce, supervisor, branch manager B.E/MBA (Major: Business and Marketing Management) More than 15 years of experience encompassing retail, corporate and fleet sales, dealer development and management, dealer claim and functions at sales and marketing HQ of major car manufacturers with exposure to service and marketing domains Related experience in sales, marketing and dealer development of auto manufacturer (5 – 10 years) Knowledge of automobile sales with in-depth understanding of car sales processes: retail and wholesale, sales planning, data interpretation and analysis, sales forecasting, production planning, logistics, dealer development Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
