Division Manager

Job Description : FINANCIAL CONTROLLING DIVISION MANAGER THAILAND one of the leading global chemical companies based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a role for an experienced finance professional to take a career forward. In this business partnering role, you will be working closely with business units in developing the company's business and financial short and long term plans. The package for this role includes base salary + performance bonus + provident fund. · Develop five years plan, budget and forecast to align with business strategy and KPIs · Compile, analyse and validate all financial and non-financial data in ERP to control business performance against scorecard · Manage preparation of business information report, including proposals and advice · Determine and document local transfer pricing · Provide advice, information and financial expertise to improve company competitiveness · Maintain, update and improve financial process and tools To succeed in this role you must have the ability to lead effectively and possess a keen understanding of manufacturing business. · Bachelor Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance · At least 10 years experience in middle management position and in controlling management function · Highly proficient in MS Office and SAP · Possess strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills
