Job Description : SERVICE DIRECTOR INDONESIA An exciting Service Director job opportunity has just become available at a leading automotive distribution company in Jakarta. Your main responsibility is to evaluate key metrics to gauge the quality of customer service, develop client-retention programmes and resolve customer issues. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be in charge of the development, continuous improvement and delivery of customer service and the strategic development of operational requirements, process and technology, to deliver key service outcomes for customers. Identify new tools and technologies to better serve the customer Drive quality and consistency Improve NPS (net promoter score) – CSAT (customer satisfaction) or other customer metrics Drive better sales through service Minimum of five years of experience in a senior manager position in a related field Influential relationships skills at all and able to use these relationships to deliver service improvements Evidence of well-developed leadership skills Automotive background is preferred
