Sales Manager

Job Description : SALES MANAGER MALAWI FOR FMCG leading FMCG distribution company in Malawi. Develop and achieve or exceed the sales volume/revenue goals targets as defined in the Business Plan for the sales channels. Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage and availability of company products in the market, competitor’s activities and look for new business opportunities in order to safeguard the customer base and increase market share. Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network and efficient routing to ensure timely deliveries. Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics. Must be an engineer OR MBA from premier institute. Should have 8+ years of experience. Should be able to handle Distribution new work and dealer network.
