Testing Head

Job Description : Head – Testing Powai, Mumbai Budget - 45-50 Lacs Fixed Team - Test Managers/Leads directly, and all the test team members indirectly (25-50 people) Primary responsibilities: Competency management and defining a competency framework for testing practice and practically implementing it Defining KPIs with stakeholders and managing performance of the testing teams, along with the managers/leads Manage stakeholders Recruitment and trainings through internal or external resources for all the team members based on competency frameworks & project pipeline Delivery of projects in the testing space and ensuring high efficiency Defining metrics, processes, reports, and systems to ensure delivery is managed Implement testing concepts and influence stakeholder decisions Coordinate with third party vendors for testing services to attain strategic goals and projects Manage, execute and own transition plans and all operational related tasks Experience:- 12-15 years experience from leading IT services/ Captive units leading a testing practice or test delivery management role with exceptional people management skills Should have worked with stakeholders and businesses in UK Should have managed large Insurance/financial services test engagements
