Job Description : CEO RETAIL EGYPT Lead the development of the company’s short and long-term strategy, ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives. Provide inspired leadership company-wide, whilst creating an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale. Make day-to-day corporate decisions regarding the overall operations and resources of a company. Track operational performance to evaluate action plan for business continuity and perform necessary course corrections to achieve targets. Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance. Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, projecting, reporting, and auditing. Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls. Candidate Profile: Proven experience as CEO. Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans. Proven experience in Retail sector Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company. Oversee business development efforts and expansion initiatives.
