Job Description : HOD PROCESS NIGERIA Textile Industry based in West Africa. Largest home textiles company with world-class mfg. facilities from dyeing spinning, weaving, and finishing. Education Qualification: B. Tech-Textiles or BSc. Chemistry /Diploma Textiles Experience: Candidate must have 15-20 years of Dyeing and within it 5-7 years in finishing experience is most desirable Job Description: · Prepare Production planning Schedules for all Process machines (Fabric dyeing, finishing & packing) and ensure proper Productivity and Quality, by achieving maximum Efficiency / Utilization, with proper Finishing. · To Organize, Train and deploy manpower to complete Quality change activities within stipulated time, with consistent Quality Dyeing and Finishing. · To minimize downtime / detention time of Process / machines and improve installed workings. · To maintain Process records and documents, as per ISO/SMS, for traceability and historical data for evaluation & also perform regular & periodic audits. · Prepare Monthly / Yearly Dyes and Chemical requirements and coordinate with procurement for timely availability. · Adhere to TQM / SMS practices as well as 5S activities & encourage team to sustain safe orderly and clean environment in the department. · Responsible for achieving Budgeted Production Targets, Efficient utilization of Process machines, Inventory Management & provide support for erection and commissioning of projects in time as needed. · Interact Daily with Sales & Marketing to know their requirements and complaint attending. Desired Skills : · Should have STRONG COMMAND on color matching on soft flow machine. · Should have the rich experience of PV / PC fabric dyeing and finishing, · Should have hands on experience of different FINISHING required on Suiting and Shirting materials, especially on 100% Spun Poly fabrics · Should have the exposer of processing machines like Singeing / Calendaring / Comfit etc. · If someone worked on Cashmere fabric, will be preferred most. · Should have sound Communication, Presentation and Relational Skills with self-desire to meet objectives should be Self-driven & multi-tasking ability. · Should have good and sound health and ability to work for long hours if needed. · Should have flair for Sales also, to be able to handle Customers satisfactorily. Age around 40 to 50 years
