Job Description : DEPUTY MAINTENANCE MANAGER NIGER FOR BOTTLING PLANT 10+ years experience Belvie, a leading bottler of mineral water and carbonated soft drink seeks to hire a deputy manager of maintenance. The person will report directly to the plant incharge. Ideal candidate to have an experience of minimum 5 years in maintenance roles in beverages factories, along with demonstrated team management, communication and MS Excel skills. Key Responsibilities: · Development, Planning and implementation of daily, weekly and scheduled maintenance of plant · Liasoning with machines and spares manufacturers and suppliers for purchase of spare parts · Inventory and issuing of spare parts from the warehouse · Issuing procurement orders of new spare parts and consumables · Plan and oversee all repairs and installation activities in the plant · Keep maintenance logs, checklists and reports on daily basis Desired Candidate Profile · Minimum qualifications: Technical Diploma or Engineering Degree · Good communication and English Language skills · Deep knowledge of Beverages bottling equipment such as bottle blowing, filling, shrink wrap etc. · Ability to manage team of technicians from diverse backgrounds · Location of Job: Niger, West Africa · Salary Range 10-12 lakh per annum plus performance incentives Perks and Benefits · Lodging and meals in company guesthouse and expensed to company · Once in 2 yrs to and fro air ticket to India expensed to Company, telephone/ internet allowances, medical charges incurred during work expensed to company (non chronic ailments), local taxes in Niger to be paid by company · Salary mentioned above can be complete savings subject to personal lifestyle of the individual.
