Business Head

Job Description : Business Leaders* for a leading *D2C brand* into retail ecommerce based in Bangalore. The one who will operate as *Category Heads* for their private labels, manage the portfolio in terms of working closely with the Founders/CEOs of the brands and accelerating growth & profitability for their portfolio. Will also work closely with Acquisition team to build category thesis and add more brands to their categories. Will leverage the expertise of various departments to enable the brands. These could be for the following Categories: 1. Category Head Men's Clothing 2. Category Head Women's Fast Fashion 3. Category Head Home, Kitchen & Sports - These are 100% owned brands. 4. Beauty/SkinCare & Pets CTC Upto 70 LPA + Esop (optional) *Must Note* : Candidate to be a business leader having handled P&L & having done Sales/Retail.
