Job Description : HEAD OF NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT UAE A much loved international brand in the food/condiments/ seasonings /bakery and snacks. New product development and R&D are the core of our client's being and they are aggressively looking for a seasoned food technologist who not only brings in the technical expertise but has a sound understanding of the consumer and business needs to be able to deliver value and innovative products. Responsible for leading the organization in products Innovations, products renovations, Quality enhancements, Ingredient Value Engineering, Demonstrating the futuristic proactive product proposals to business to build the innovation pipeline, building development team, coaching and building the functional and leadership capability, building and managing the budget. This position requires exercising independent judgment to perform the responsibilities described herein. Ability to challenge and influence change is needed. You are a food technologist with strong commercial acumen and work collaboratively with consumer insights and marketing teams. Food technologist with 12+ years of quality experience.. Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership position, An enviable track record which speaks about not only achievements but learnings attained through "the not so successful launch"
